Karim is the founder and Academic Head at 3rd EYE; he is also Partner and Chief Planner at 3rd EYE Consultants. He is a CFPCM CTEPTM and CPFA qualified. A young, dynamic and visionary entrepreneur, Mr.Karim comes with over 17 years of experience in the fields of Wealth management and Financial Planning having handled over 500 financial planning cases. A renowned corporate trainer and a public speaker having conducted multiple workshops for financial companies like ICICI, HDFC, SBI, NJ and many other top corporates.Trainer and visiting faculty for FPSB, AAFM, ICICI Direct, Stratadigm, Stratagem, Knowise Learning and many other institutes.He has been part of wealth management company Bajaj Capital heading their financial planning division in Andhra Pradesh. He is also actively involved in community and social service being part of the Aga Khan Foundation.
Karim also is an active trainer in the field of financial planning and a motivational speaker and has been associated with corporates like ICICI ; NJ gurukul; Stratagem to name a few . He is also actively involved in community and social service being part of the Aga Khan Foundation.
Mr. N. Gowri Shankar: Chief Portfolio Manager
Gowri is a Qualified Commence Graduate from Osmania University and Certified Financial Planner since 2012. Gowri comes with over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services, in diverse fields of Equity Broking, Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Mutual Fund Distribution and Insurance Broking. He has also been one of the pioneers of practicing asset allocation, need based insurance advisory way before these concepts forayed into India. He was on the boards of several notable companies in Hyderabad namely HSB Securities, Zen Insurance Brokers, Zen Forex and Management and Hypersoft Technologies (an integrated financial software vendor). He also has been actively engaged in campaigning for investor rights at various forums, like the investor grievance cell and has been an independent arbitrator for handling commercial disputes.
Mr. Aashay Harshe : Financial Consultant & Business Head
Aashay is a Master’s Degree holder in Finance from the University of Bristol, UK, and a CFP^CM from FPSB Ltd. Aashay comes with over 12 years’ experience in the financial services as an Equity Research analyst and Business Development Professional. Initially, he was associated with Karvy Stock Broking and their MA & IS department. Subsequently, he was an associate for enterprise development with IndusAge Advisors an investment banking and private equity/ venture capital fund based at Chennai where he was instrumental in building collection models for IndusAge and its associate companies which included firms in the IT, education and healthcare sectors. He also headed Andhra Pradesh Sales and Business Development for Deccan trade where he was instrumental in turning around the wealth management and debt syndication channels. Aashay currently heads out 3rd EYE Consultants and its associate companies on the business Development and research front and is a key member in invoking ticket size sales for the consulting segment over the past 7 years.
